VITS International, Inc. is pleased to announce it has completed the asset purchase of the automatic zero speed splicing technology, specifically the DS Product Line, from MEGTEC Systems, Inc. The asset purchase will allow VITS International the ability to continue its growth objective as a full “system” supplier. VITS plans to integrate the DS product line with its superior performance and highly reliable drive and control system to enhance the DS splicer performance and incorporate it with its highly successful Bosch Rexroth Sercos III Communication Network.
