Please be advised that VITS International has been supplying Bosch Rexroth Indramat systems in VITS equipment since 2008. This has allowed VITS to fully support its own equipment and use VITS programming in all equipment manufactured.
VITS International cannot guarantee parts and troubleshooting support for any VITS or Blava equipment previously sold using motors and controls by other suppliers such as IIS, Eltromat, etc. The parts in many cases are, or are becoming, obsolete. They are expensive and often have long lead-times. The original programs may no longer be available. They are costly to recreate.
VITS strongly recommends any customer with equipment using IIS, Eltromat or earlier control, to contact VITS for a control package upgrade. Pricing will be dependent upon the control system being replaced, condition of the equipment and where the work will be performed. VITS technicians can convert the system in your plant or at VITS.
VITS will inspect the equipment to be converted, order the parts and schedule the work to accommodate your production schedule. The inspection trip is chargeable, and to be credited against the cost of the control upgrade project.
VITS will continue to provide the best support available in the industry, but we cannot support programming and parts that are no longer available or so outdated that they are incompatible with new parts.
