PUNCH UNIT
The VITS Sprint Punch Unit is designed to punch holes in the web with precision accuracy. Â Single, double or multiple punch rows are available for all digital applications. Â The Sprint Punch Unit is modular and can be installed inline or near line and can be added to any existing finishing line.
PRECISE REGISTRATION
Precision registration is a VITS exclusive. Print-to-Punch, Punch-to-Cut and/or Punch-to-Punch... all controlled by VITS' integral register control +/- .006"

ADVANCED PUNCH TECHNOLOGY
The web is controlled by a variable gain infeed to maintain tension through the punch deck. Individual side-lay adjustment to control punch location across the web. VITS exclusive "cam profiling" technology assures accurate punch-to-print length.

RELIABILITY
Built on 1" side frames with tapered roller bearings, the Sprint Punch Unit is extremely durable. All electronics can be monitored externally by VITS engineers.
