Combining the versatility of a plow folder with the precision of a former board, the VITS Former Folder is perfect for the most demanding folds.  The Former Folder runs inline with the web to form folds parallel to the running direction of the web.

The Former Folder can be used to produce 4 page, 6 page, roll fold, coupon fold and gate folded product.

VERSATILITY

Integrate the Former Folder with a commercial press folder, mount it on the floor in front of a rotary cutter to produce folded covers or integrate it into a digital finishing line for the production of book blocks.

VALUE ADDED

Add a running perf wheel, an inline gluing system or a spot gluer to add value to a simple folded product.
