The VITS Sprint Batcher Stacker is designed to count, batch, jog and stack shingled product, allowing for continuous production at line speed. Use the Sprint Batcher Stacker with inline, near line, cover production, direct mail, general commercial and bindery applications.
QUICK CYCLE TIME
With a sub 3 second cycle time, the Sprint Batcher Stacker enables fewer pieces per batch at higher speeds.
ADVANCED GAPPING TECHNOLOGY
The stream of shingled product is never interrupted! The incoming shingled stream continues to run at line speed while the remaining stream is accelerated in to the batching section. This creates clean stream separations and accurate batch counts.
PORTABILITY
